There is no V.A.T. to be added - the price you see is the price you pay.
Page length - on the right is a scroll bar which is usually blue, this allows you to pull the page down and back up again to read more text - the maximum length of each page must not exceed 2500 pixels. Longer pages can be designed at a small extra cost. Depending on the type of Website a certain length page will suit and look better.
Colour Photos - if you are supplying these then there is no limit to the amount you can have on each page - stock photos to compliment your type of business can be supplied at a very small cost usually only £1.99 each. Photos supplied by you can be on CD or simply emailed.
The text - must be supplied to us in computer document format - meaning that it must be typed on a computer and saved on to CD or emailed. I can not accept hand written text.
Style of text - I have over 5000 different styles of text - a simple style like this one is better for lots to read - then more designer styles can be used for logos and headings.
Payment - a £50 or £75 deposit is payable at the start - once your Home Page (the first page people will see) is approved, a further 50% is payable and the remainder is payed to me when your Website is up and running on the World Wide Web. Because we humans quite often change our minds about various things - during the first week we ask you to view your site at regular intervals - and any minor changes are done FREE.
Logos - that have been designed by you or someone else can be supplied on CD or scanned from a good quality letter head.
Animations - and special page effects, these are not a problem but are charged extra for depending on the complexity - remember that to many distractions can put people off looking through your Website. Our advice is to have your site designed in the most eye catching way - then add to it after - rather than the other way around.
Design Time - an average 5 page Website takes about 1 week from the first discussion with you and seeing your site on the World Wide Web.
Selling things on the Web - then you will need an online shopping cart - this is a service we can offer you and will be happy to talk about your requirements in more detail. The price on eCommerce websites vary depending on how many items you wish to sell.
Your Website Design - One initial design concept based on ideas that come from talking to you. Includes two rounds of changes to complete your Website Design. After that each additional round of changes are charged for at the hourly rate - £9.00 inc`.
Your Logo designed by Us - Two initial design concept based on ideas that come from talking to you. Includes two rounds of changes to complete your Logo Design. After that each additional round of changes are charged for at the hourly rate - £9.00 inc`.
Basic Maintenance - such as broken links from page to page are FREE - and so is a weekly check on your site to see that everything is running as it should. Adding extra pages are only £19.00 to £49.00 - changing or adding photos a mere £3.00 to £5.00 less if you have several changes. Text can be added - or changed and is charged at £9.00 per hour, and many changes can be done in 60 minutes! - as an example, if you were to add, change, delete and then add a few things such as text on a page then you would pay no more than £2.25.
Expert Support - allowing changes to your site, this is very easily done - but to recap - any changes of any kind we will happily oblige with a more than fair price. We will be happy to discuss any special requirements should you so wish.
Domain Name & Hosting - your domain name (.co.uk) is included in the price of your Website for the first year. A domain name of (.com - .net - .biz) is £9.99 extra. Your domain name (.co.uk) is renewable after 1 year at a cost of £5.99 or £12.99 every year if you choose a (.com - .net -.biz) domain name. Your hosting space is included in the price of your website for the first year, after this a yearly fee of just £49.99 is charged to renew your hosting space. If you purchased your own hosting and or domain name then you will be responsible to renew these yourself. Please remember your Website Design is a once only cost.
With respect - we reserve the right to refuse the design of any Website. None payment of any money owing will result in the temporary or permanent shutdown of your website.
(A reconnection fee will apply of £25.00).
